Pour the chemical directly into the furniture. Don’t worry, this would not spill. The methylene chloride is wax-like so that it would not evaporate instantly. Use a paintbrush to even out the chemical on your furniture. Then cover it with waxpaper to avoid the spread of the stench and the prevent the chemical from evaporating easily.

There is a kind of paint that you can remove just by using water. Just simply wash it with warm soapy water or use a hose then you can easily strip it to reveal the bare concrete wall or wood. This might take some time but at least you no longer have to spend another dollar for a paint removal system that works.

However, if you are in a hurry to doff your paint so you can immediately replace it in time for your great renovation project, you can always use a chemical stripper. Make sure though that you have rubber gloves that would protect your hands since it can irritate your skin. A mask or a respirator is also essential as well. Use a paintbrush then apply the chemical stripper over the surface where you want to take out the paint. After 15 minutes, you would be surprised to see that the paint scraper can take out the paint in an instant!
