Cleaning your stone floors
2009-05-27 at 09:54 pm AtStone floors like ceramic tiles and marble are very elegant whether you use it in your kitchen, living room, or other parts of the house. However, this beauty would not last if you would not give it the right maintenance and clean it the way it should be.
If you have marbles as your flooring, you can easily make it sparkly clean by using only warm water to wipe it up. Do not use vinegar in cleaning marbles especially if it has color. The acid in it can damage the surface of this type of stone flooring.
The same goes for ceramic floorings or slates. But with this kind of stone floor, you must immediately clean it whenever spills or accidents happen particularly in the areas near the grout.
